Hi, I’m Tara… Realtor®, mommy, and wife! First off, thank you so much for visiting my page. My goal is that after reading my bio, you’ll have a better sense of who I am and how I run my business. I am a lover of all things Niagara, as this gem of a Region has been my home since birth. All of the very things I love most in this world surround me here in Niagara; from my family and friends, to my daughter’s school community, and so much more. I count my blessings to call this Region my home. I am also a lover of wine, which is an added perk! Needless to say I am passionate about the area and take pride in my ability to consult on different neighborhoods and what they offer potential home buyers.
My fondness for the Niagara community pairs well with my love for all things Real Estate. Since I was a teenager, I have loved all things houses, from decorating and gardening, to upcycling and doing little things to make a house that much more a home. I knew early on that Real Estate was the career for me. In 2005, I enrolled in the Ontario Real Estate College and at the same time began working at the Re/Max Garden City front desk. I have been a dedicated Realtor® since completing my licensing in 2006. I am so thankful for all that I have learned and for all the families I have worked with over the last 10+ years. I grow to love my role more with each new client, and feel so fortunate to have a career that brings me much joy. The reality is a majority of my clients are not looking for a house; they are looking for a home. A structure in which they will create countless memories, and I take so much pride in trying to play match maker between a home and a buyer/seller.
In December 2015, I achieved a long time goal when I obtained my certification as a Real Estate Staging Professional with the CSPI™ Business Training Academy. The art of staging has been a long time passion of mine. The benefit to my clients is that home staging has been proven to secure more equity for a seller and gets a property sold faster. This added area of expertise and my designation will serve as a value added service I am able to provide those who choose to work with me. I would love the opportunity to discuss this service in greater detail.
In 2016 I made another wise business and career choice, by joining the Boldt Team, under Ted’s wing. Within two years, I watched in amazement as our Team grew to the top #1 spot for all teams within the entire company for 2017. But we weren’t done growing. In July 2018 we began our venture as Boldt Realty Inc., and I am so very proud to be working alongside such hard-working, client focused and dedicated individuals. We are a like-minded group of Realtors® with one goal in mind; client satisfaction.

Dear Ted, I felt I needed to write to you regarding my broker, Tara. I’ve just completed my second property closing in a year with her and what she brings to the table is really noteworthy, especially as both closings were challenging. I’ve thought about how I could best explain exactly what it is she does which is so unusual, and I think fundamentally it’s this: when I am working with Tara, in every single interaction with her I truly feel as though I am her only client, that she is as personally invested in my deal as I am, and that nothing in the world matters as much to her as getting everything exactly right for me.
